I'm not so sure about fatigue..... especially when the kids are coughing in my face and sneezing all over me.

This is one deterrent for pediatrics for me

I have a 4.0 in my med school prereqs that I've done so far. This doesn't mean I have to gets A's in the 3 I have left do I???
