and btw, that's about the stupidest and probably most unhelpful assignment I've seen in a while. seriously, why is she even covering this obscure stuff? she should be spending time on stuff that people are actually diagnosed with. I have a few pts who dissociate at times, but it's usually a symptom of their borderline PD.

it'd be so much more helpful to touch on the affective DOs, personality DOs, psychotic DOs, substance DOs, or hell- even the history of abnormal psych. THAT'S some interesting stuff.

I missed you Beary! Junior wrecked on the last lap. My favorite Cup driver. 🙁 He was f***in' hit. what the f... 🙁 unfair, but he's a class act. Didn't blame anyone and accepted it as a racing incident.

Agreed on both parts. Although since NASCAR is a lot of bumper-to-bumper, I don't think they could prove it was intentional. I really don't think it was intentional, but just rather a dumb move late in the game.

Of course in F1, this has happened. The cars are not meant to touch since it's open wheel and when tires moving that fast touch (rubber), people fly--literally. Michael Schumacher did it to a couple guys like this to win a championship. He was penalized by having ALL his season points removed.

My lights are flickering. I was just thinking last night that we haven't had a power outage for like a few weeks straight. Guess that's about to end. 😡

I completely and totally cannot concentrate to get anything done. I'm just sitting here basically doing nothing. This fever is frying my brain. WoW is down, so I'm watching WoW videos.

Speaking of WoW videos, this is one of the best I have ever seen:
Kazzak Destroys Stormwind

Probably won't mean much if you're not a WoW player but is absolutely amazing. This was before I started playing but everybody still talks about this. There are 2 factions in WoW - Horde and Alliance. Basically a few Horde lured this invincible monster into an Alliance capital city which got destroyed to such an extent that the entire server had to be shut down and restarted. Those Horde players got banned and this monster can't wander that far anymore. Anyway, a jaw-dropping video. I would have done anything to have been there!

Confessing my nerd-dom: That is the best one yet! However, the South Park episode about WoW the other night was also hilarious. I also woke up with a sore throat - maybe it's leaking through the SDN channels? Hmm...

that was probably me 🙁 I just wanna feel better again. I have so much to do this week and a friend is visiting this weekend. *sigh*
