how's your studying going guys? are you freaking out? burned out?

this is our stress relief thread....or our group anxiety thread, whatever..... 😀

for those of you that have no idea what the mcat random threads are about, check out molly's explanation:

MollyMalone said:
It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

My husband is making beer. He got one of those kits for Christmas.

Cool! I read a little bit about making wine.

I had a little microbiology experiment going on - I left a wine glass out with a little wine in it by mistake for a long time and there was nasty stuff growing on it. 😱

You mean it didn't turn to vinegar? :meanie:

We used to get dandelion wine from neighbors down south growing up. That was the strongest stuff I ever tasted! It kind of burned - very homemade, not refined like the good stuff. It didn't take much to feel good, that's for sure.

Sounds interesting! 😉

I saw something on TV about the history of port wine. Then I realized I don't think I have ever had port wine!

Let me just say BOOOOOOOOOOO one final time for being on call. 😡

durden- if you're going to ***** it up, you have GOT to quit using multi-quote

Sorry, but when skimming ten pages of randomness it comes in handy.

I am. That's why I've had the vodka for a while now. And I just looked- there's rum, amaretto, and brandy, too. I'm not even sure the rum has been opened.

It's always a good thing when the rum isn't gone.

Durden- there will come an age where you realize that it could be a good idea to have a few bottles of nice alcohol in the house so that when you're entertaining people, you can offer them a drink. And when you get to that age..

... invite me over. 😀

Okay, I've updated my blog links on my blog page... if I've forgotten any of you randomites that would like to have a link to their blog from mine, send me a PM and I'll put it up. I lost all my info and had to search for what's up there right now.

Oh there's plenty of fine spirits in the dorm room, but I don't think such a sophisticated lady like yourself would be too impressed.

hmm. "sophisticated". I don't think I'm familiar with the term...

*sigh*- you pegged me. I'm totally high maintenance. 🙄

You'd like my suite then as we're high class. We play beer pong with Bud Light, not Natty.
