Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I'm not going to our big family Christmas celebration because I'm not feeling well. Partially I am a little bummed about this but mostly I am happy because I will get to spend the afternoon in bed. 😀

Going to have Christmas Eve with my folks this evening and then drive back to A2 first thing in the morning.

I'm going on a diet on Tuesday. Really. I mean it this time, when of course I didn't mean it the previous billion times I have said this.

I did really go on a diet once!! And lifted weights like crazy, did 3 miles on the elliptical a day, rode my bike 40 miles at a time, and lost 30 pounds while putting on tons of muscle! Ate EXACTLY 1600 calories a day precisely divided up with 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat, calculated and recorded in an excel spreadsheet. So that year of my life can be a role model for myself. I've done it before I can do it again. 🙂

OMG Beary - You ARE my new hero! 😍

I'm hoping I can bet back in shape in the Spring. My mom & dad's health is so bad I'm scared of getting old before my time if I don't get my heart back in shape. Though I don't know how much a healthy lifestyle can save me from Parkinson's and I've heard it has a huge genetic component. 🙁

PWH and I "gave each other" a new stationary bike for our gym for Christmas. Of course, it still hasn't shipped. Hum. 🙄 We have been trying to get on the elliptical machine every night and I have tried to thrown some weights in there as well. Man, I am SOOO out of shape. Just terrible. Like you beary, I had my good times. Maybe not as good as you ...that is extreme. But, I was pleased with it. I was losing weight and felt great. It was always baout how I looked. For the first time in my life, it is not. It is ENTIRELY about health. The deal is...I love food, but I stress about everything I eat. So, I am going to stop stressing as much and get my huge tush into the gym. I have no excuse. It is in my friggin house. Lazy Lazy. Maybe then when I ask PWH if I look fat in some outfit, he can stop lying. 😀

Ok, Christmas service starts in an hour. Should I wear what I wore to the morning (regular Sunday) service or should I mix it up a little and put on a skirt? I bought pantyhose, so some people may not recognize me...like my husband. 😉

When a friend sends you a message about maybe going out and doing something... don't you usually respond in some form? Like "Oh hey - got your message. I'm busy. Sorry" Ya know... something. Or is slience the norm? I KNOW they got the message. ARGH.

Ditto. I don't even know where to start, which is part of what has been holding me back. I guess with walks. Or little 15 min exercise videos in my house when it is too cold. The powerlifting days are very very very far away. 🙁

She can't help it, all the souls of those dead bodies she does autopsies on came back as ghosts and started baking tons of cookies for her and the lab techs to wish her a merry christmas and thank her for examining their bodies. :laugh: :laugh:

Ha that' funny. My last name has a contradiction according to that cuz one of the leters in it is H and another letter is A so one says I have a nice butt but the other says I have a big butt.

However the other letter in my last name is on target.


As per my first name the only letter on target is the second letter in my name.
