by the way banana i had a real eye patch as a kid too! my story isnt as cool as your knife fight though, i was in a car accident in NYC. i was about 4 or 5 and my parents car got hit by a taxi cab that had run a red light. i still have a little scar over my right eye.

I had amblyopia.

Not all better. My vision is totally crappy and my right eye is still dominant. It wasn't caught until I was in 1st grade, since I cheated on the eye exams.

Because I thought I was supposed to pass them. My mom was a kindergatern teacher. I knew what tests were. I got busted when the nurse made me use the E's instead of the letters I had memorized.

yup, still have power mush. we got lucky again, this one just brushed us. its still windy and the sky is gray but i dont think this one did too much damage down in miami-dade county. katrina was much worst since she passed right over us but she was just a cat 1 hurricane at the time.

Oh!!! I understand... how it can be bloody !!!
sometimes you know what happens though like you can't play any sports and it is so bad sometimes when it hurts.
But after sometimes, it heals, and eveything becomes normal.
that's when you are free from all the injuries and play games and do whatever stuff you want to....

At least we've been lucky in south Fla in only experiencing rita and katrina as cat 1's. Watch out banana! If I lived on the gulf coast I'd get my a$$ to seattle and stay there. Lets see a hurricane try to get me up there.
