Just curious, but when filling out the applications for DO or even MD schools, do you HAVE to include all graduate work or work you did at other institutions? I mean, how will the schools know if you did graduate work somewhere and didn't show it on your application. I know applications say to include anything you've done in terms of school work, but im curious to know how they would find out if you didnt include something. Anyone have any info on this?

Okie do you WANT to be black listed from medical school!? I heard a story about this guy that wrote a fake letter of recommendation and they found out and he will never get into med school now. I know this isnt totally simular but my advice is to be absolutly truthful about your application. You must include all of your course work even retaken classes on the application. Now if they are really old classes like over 10 years you may want to call the schools or maybe put it on the application and then call the schools or include in your application that you were young and stupid when you got the bad grades. I think of this like a resume, you could be harshly penilized for lieing and may never have a chance at other things as well like PA school or Vet school.

Is there something you don't want them to find out, or are you just lazy and don't want to fill an extra form out?

In either case it's best to just tell the truth.

Theres a verification service that with a social security number you get a listing of every school attended. Its free and my guess they use it since its run by the givernment. They will expect transcripts from every school you attended.

If you have taken an EMT class at junior college, do you have to include that too?

Would that go under bio?

My opinion is that if it's on a transcript showing that you received academic credit for this EMT class, you should include it.

You are required to. No, it doesn't go under bio. It is allied health or health sciences.
