So I begin my dedicated step ii study time soon and have, of course, been busy scouring sdn for advice on resources. I think I've decided on world, MTB, and secrets but had some leftover questions I couldn't find answers to.
First, for MTB, do people usually just use MTB 2 or supplement it with MTB 3? Second, it's been awhile since my peds rotation and I have yet to take my psych rotation so I was wondering if there are any good books with sections to prepare for those 2 subjects in particular. Finally, I've been thinking about the kaplan video lectures +/- notes, but it's a big commitment so would love to hear more opinions on this. I do have longer than average to study, but would like to know if people have thought they've been helpful and how useful the notes are. Going along with that, have people had success with just listening to select lectures since 180 hrs sounds like way more than I'd like to accomplish. If not kaplan lectures, are there similar audio/video/podcasts/etc that have been useful so I'm not just staring at a book all day?
Thanks!
