We looked at different organisms in my bio class today. This is "Toothless":

Yeah, but we're a heck of a lot nicer over here than those pre-allo folks. They are not nearly as nice as we are 😀. Even if we get cranky occasionally.
 
I remember I needed something from Target, but cannot remember what it is. I have to run errands and am going to stop at Target. Chances of me buying want I needed versus stuff I want are low.
 
I have been super super dizzy for the last 2 hours. No idea what my problem is but I am not pleased.

That's 1 of 2 main symptoms I get, a few hours before a migraine hits. (the other one being vision problems) 🙁

As soon as I can, I take 3 ibuprofen and go to bed. Sometimes I can fall asleep before it gets bad and sleep it off.

Well I sure hope it isn't a migraine. That would blow.
 
O-M-G ... I have been hunting for an opportunity to get my hands on farm animals (very few farms in Southern California within a reasonable distance of my house). Anyway, I found one about an hour away that is privately owned that pasture raise chickens, pigs, and cows for meat. I want to contact them to see if they will let me volunteer/help out but I'm not sure how to approach them. Why would a private farm want me mulling around?

Anyone have experience with this sort of thing?? I'd be stoked just to scoop poop :laugh:

Yeah, it is heart breaking. Although, growing up my neighbors frequently had dead bunnies in their freezer that the dad found around the area...so I feel like I may be slightly desensitized to the dead animals in the freezer thing 🙁

She keeps them because she has OCD. She has a problem with letting things go. She would just take in stray cats thinking she was "helping them" . It's a very sad mental illness.

Another place to look, if you have one nearby, is a zoo. They often times have a farm section with standard farm animals. You could volunteer there to get LA experience.

Yeah I could try that. We have 2 large zoos but they're intimidating ... who knows how many volunteers they have!

And what happened to Abney?? 😕

Exactly!! I'd love to take him home with me. 😍 Today my little obsession seems to have flared up. Maybe because last night was a pretty decent episode of Bones (minus the medical mispronunciations).

I got the Shades of Grey trilogy today. I want to start reading it SO badly, but I know once I start I won't want to stop. And I have to work in the morning. (be up in 7 hours)
