So many question resources for step 1, which ones did you use and how would you rank them?

Here is the list, please free to add some more. List according to the numbers here, I will then compile some stats after everyone has responded to see which resources are the highest rank.

Numbered in no particular order:

1. Robbins review of pathology question book
2. Blackwell
3. NBME (released questions and $45 exams)
4. Kaplan qbank
5. NMS
6. kaplan qbook
7. Kaplan IV qbank
8. Webpath
9. Goljan high-yield questions
10. Princeton review questions
11. NMS
12. Rapid review
13. Kaplan simulated test
14. Appleton and lange

You've listed a ton more than I'm familiar with... but here's my ranking (in order of general importance to me):

1) NBME Assessment tests
2) Robbin's Review of Pathology
3) NBME 150 released items
4) Blackwell's online questions
5) possibly WebPath (although I didn't use it that much)

If i didn't list a particular question source, that I means I either didn't use it, or didn't feel it was helping at all.

1. Tests from first 2 years in med school (we had tough questions and going back over those helped me out a lot, esp in understanding the concepts)
