Looks like I'm gonna have another fight at the flagpole.
I'll compromise on the chili with beans -- I secretly don't care -- but I'm not budgin' from the staples of Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, and KC/StL styles. And maybe Korean.

I'll give you bbq since you gave me chili.
Ramps aka wild leeks. They are the most delicious combination of garlic and green onion there is and pretty much only grow in the wild, and are typically available only a couple months out of the year so it's a BFD in these parts.

TBH just make vet school fly in general. ALL OF IT. Do people really reminisce and miss being in vet school?
I did some really amazing things in vet school. There are definitely pros and cons to both real life and school. 😉
Oh what did you get to do? Perhaps once I get to doing surgeries next year then clinics it'll be more fun? Being in a classroom all day just sucks lol
