the notes aren't layed out in the book the same way but rather just organized differently. Since he wrote the book, I would imagine he would use all the notes he used for his review course and put them into the book so my guess would be YES - all the information in the general and systemic path are in the book
There is no just plain "HY notes" section but rather some margin HY notes which I suppose are his integrated HY comments in the relevant chapters of the book. I doubt anyone is really going to go ahead and confirm this by referencing the two since it would obviously be a waste of time to do so. If a person wants the HY points in a bullet format, just stick to the 36 or 100 page handout. If you don't mind reading the book, they are there too.
