My 2 year-old daughter has been having this rash for past 3-4 months: it's on buttock/thigh, sometimes leg, but never above waist. It's raised, but non-pruritic (never seen her scratching it). It used to come out at night, once or twice a week, but recently every night. It always goes away in the morning/daytime, with or without Zyrtec. We changed to a different brand of diaper, and simplified her diet. Didn't seem to make a difference. Peds suggested allergy testing.
Any idea what we are dealing with and what to do about this?
