My first years are going through the same thing. Some were a bit upset yesterday. I tried to tell them well, anatomy is hard, but they didn't quite care for that. lol
Submitted my financial aid app for Dublin, finished my last day of classes, and got to take my training colt on his first trail ride today. 🙂 On top of that, it's 70* and sunny here!

Just finished my last final of undergrad ahhh!1
Last day of classes AND a lab meeting which has made me so pumped for our study this summer. It's going to be *so* intense but insanely awesome. Oh, and I officially discussed LOR with all my professors. Another thing checked off the list!

I passed my radiology final today. (This is not actually assumed, it's one of our more often repeated rotations)
Which means I passed this block.
Which means that, excluding the three days I have to sit around the rounds room and play board games in case people need help holding dogs...
I'm FREAKING DONE WITH VET SCHOOL.

I'm officially enrolled for summer physics! I decided to take a night class 6-10 so I can still work at my SA vet to get some experience/ hours. And last summer, they typically gave my Thursday's off, so I'm in the process of talking to my dad's friend's son's mixed/ equine vet about observing him on some of my off days!

Where are all of these schools that get out so early? 😛 I still have 2 weeks left until I graduate.
It's cool though - we had a nice snowy day today (yay CO!), I got out of anatomy lab early, I'm quietly sorting out how to register for Fall classes, and I was unusually productive this week so I have like no homework to do!

Verizon sent me a free replacement since it was under warranty, I just have to ship the dead one to them to prove I didn't break it. It was pretty painless, I just wish I'd known to go through them first and not bother with Best Buy.

Finished with third year of vet school. One year until I'm a doctor. Is this for real?
Omg, we finished Toxicology today! So, so happy to get that out of the way. Those who survive are said to have Post Toxicology Stress Disorder...it's a bad time at our school, but supposedly magic happens so that no one fails! Just so glad it's doooooone!!!

12 days left until I'm free for the summer! It's going to be a really hard 12 days....but still exciting! This forum has been really helpful this first year (and I'm sure the three to come).
I'm also getting more and more excited to get my shoulder fixed, even though I'm going to be one-armed for the summer.

Summer is here, and I've moved back home for a few months. Just got a job working as a stable hand for the summer. It's going to be hella hot, but I'm excited!

I just realized that I'll probably be an aunt by the end of the month 😱
I hope this was a self-realization rather than a true surprise, lol.
Have fun! I love being an auntie. I can live vicariously through my siblings with their kids and have fun with the little ones. But then be able to walk away without the responsibilities. Auntiedom is awesome! Without my nieces and nephews I think I would be feeling sad with my empty womb.

Lol, not a true surprise. I actually knew she was pregnant before she announced it (she didn't drink beer at a family thing, completely not normal for her). I just wish I wasn't going to be down to one arm/no money for it's first few months! I'm excited yet also nervous. She's also not revealing the gender until it's born either...but I guess that's good because I would have dropped a lot of money on ridiculous outfits by now, boy or girl.

This may be a silly rave, but my Doberboy turned 10 years old today!!! I wasn't sure we'd make it to this milestone, but he's been quite healthy, so here's hoping to as many more years as possible with him! 😍
He's gorgeous! I love dobies. At my work someone once surrendered a snow white one that had retained all of his deciduous canines. He looked like a little alien and we ended up sending him to a Doberman rescue who could make sure he ended up with a good owner and not just someone who wanted him because he looked interesting.This may be a silly rave, but my Doberboy turned 10 years old today!!! Our primary care service at school was willing to draw blood/urine on both of my cats for me today! Very last minute, but now I get the full blood workup and u/a on both of them.
All registered for my fall classes for my master's!

Honestly don't know. It's from China, found this one on Amazon by "Sankuwen" but saw the same model sold under several different names/brands on eBay. It's on the cheap end, but so cool looking and the back/forward/browser/media player buttons on the side are a nice feature!

I met him one time in this small town in AZ when our two little groups were the only ones in a restaurant. lol. So random. He's super nice though.

100.42‰ in my dissection class. I worked my tail off for that grade!
I am DONE with ochem2 (and organic chemistry in general!!!!!!) I am borderline A and B (but probably closer to B) which is crazy progress considering my C in ochem 1!

It felt nice to log out of my school portal one last time, look at my grades, see I passed everything, and just relax. I can check my email without my stomach turning over. I know this is temporary but it has been MUCH needed. I haven't felt this peace in years.

Just rocked the final and solidified an A in Ochem. I'm so excited to have survived and be done with it FOREVER😍
My weight loss is slowing down but it's still going okay. 42 pounds lost since January! 
Just saw my last appointment of vet school and it was an adorable puppy visit that belonged to a classmate. A little bit of paperwork left to do, but I AM DONE!!!!
My brother got his CFI today! I'm a proud sister 🙂
