Re-applicant - Is having application complete by late July / early August late?

Hi everyone,

Due to a situation with LORs, I may not have my letters ready until end of July or early August. Would this lower my chances significantly if I am a third time applicant for some of the schools? What should be my ideal timeline for having a complete application as a reapplicant?

I would really appreciate any insight/advice. Thank you!

This is reassuring, thank you @Goro ! I heard that if you're a reapplicant and have lower GPA, it's ideal to apply early so I was getting worried.

I would still apply to one throwaway school where you don't want to go so your app is verified. Once you get your LOR, add more schools. All the best!
