Re-applicant, need advice!!

DO schools usually interview later than MD schools. A late application and a 28 will not help your MD chances. Still, there is hope.

Do everything you can to get your secondaries done ASAP - schools have already given out acceptances buddy. And when you have secondaries for your DO programs, set a rule for yourself to get them out the door within 5 business days. It might keep you on schedule, and you are going to need every benefit you can.
Sorry to be Debbie Downer, but I also want to temper some of your expectations. By "good" ECs and "good" PS, you need to know that these are average, and will not save your late application and poor MCAT. Everyone does this, because we are all horrible self-evaluators, especially on objective matters like ECs, a PS, and an interview (yours truly included). For comparison, "great" ECs that I see are people with competitive graduate-level research fellowships, starting non-profit organizations here or abroad, or olympic or near-olympic athletes. Everything in your list is pretty standard.
