I just graduated with BS in Biology. I will be reapplying this summer, but this Fall and Spring I will be taking post-bac courses. However, I am not sure if Dental schools want 1 or 2 classes a semester, or require full-time enrollment. Please, if any re-applicants can give any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on your situation. Are you working full time? Are you volunteering? Do you have a family? What is your GPA? This is a question with multiple answers. Basically, keep yourself busy improving your application while making sure you get A's in any courses you are taking.

I found taking 12-14 science credits while working about 30 hrs per week to be the right amount of work for me. This still left enough time to have a life, but it was challenging. Your schedule will likely be different.
