Ok. I am taking my MCAT in April but because it will be before I take organic chemistry. So I will apply as soon as I can next year, but let's say I don't do as well as I hoped on the April MCAT and retake it in August, but in the meantime I was declined by, oh let's say all of my schools. Can I reapply using the same application or would I basically need to start from scratch.

You get to start all over. 😀

You have to start over. You can always print a copy of your current application so when and if you have to reapply you can just copy everything.
