My university (which I just graduated from) sent in my transcript to AMCAS a day or two ago, but since they're the laziest individuals to ever grace academia they didn't get to put "Degree awarded" on the transcript. I have a couple questions regarding this:

1. Will my transcript not having "Degree awarded" on it hurt my application?
2. If I had my university resend the transcripts after they say "Degree awarded", would AMCAS update my application with the new transcripts?

I think as long as all of your grades are on there, it doesn't matter at this point. Once you're accepted somewhere and sending them the final transcripts, you'll want to make sure they've got one that confirms your graduation, but for the primary application, schools are really just looking for your grades, not confirmation of whether or not you've graduated yet.
