it depends on the rest of your application (read: cumulative GPA and whether it's a slew of W or one). it it's enough to make it a seeming habit, you'd need an especially convincing reason and retakes would probably work in your favor (get As).

as long as you have a satisfactory explanation if asked, not usually a big deal.
