So I did some searching but was unable to find anything for AADSAS. I was one of the unfortunates that did not get in this year and I'm making plans to re-apply June 1st. Can I re-use a LOR for the new application cycle, or do I have to get all new ones?

It depends on the school. I can't remember which one, but I read somewhere that there's a school that wants re-applicants to get new LORs. They can be from the same people but they have to be current. That said, there are plenty of schools that don't say anything about this so it should be fine to use the same old ones.

I used the same exact ones this time around and was accepted to multiple places so I don't think it really matters at all

I believe U of Minn clearly states that you can't reuse letters from the previous years. Thats the only example that I remember. All other schools should be fine but check their respective websites to confirm.

No you need your recommenders to resubmit them...and uminn needs all new letters. I haven't heard any other school requesting the same...

if you use interfolio.com you can store your old letters of rec and then resend them the following year. Thats what I did.
