It depends on the school. I can't remember which one, but I read somewhere that there's a school that wants re-applicants to get new LORs. They can be from the same people but they have to be current. That said, there are plenty of schools that don't say anything about this so it should be fine to use the same old ones.

I believe U of Minn clearly states that you can't reuse letters from the previous years. Thats the only example that I remember. All other schools should be fine but check their respective websites to confirm.

When you re use old ones can you just click a box on aadsas?
No you need your recommenders to resubmit them...and uminn needs all new letters. I haven't heard any other school requesting the same...
if you use interfolio.com you can store your old letters of rec and then resend them the following year. Thats what I did.
