So, I was just wondering, is it a safe bet not choosing "more than one of the above" on the DAT? Because, I definitely always choose it and it is usually incorrect on the practice dat exams distributed by ADA.

I had a couple that were all of the above. It's annoying going through the whole passage looking for every single one of the facts that they ask you for one question, but I know for a fact I had at least 2 that were all of the above
