Am I really screwed??? I have not really practice the reading section that much because I have focused so much on the sciences and perceptual ability. What should I do? Is everyone just reading the questions and then looking for the answers? Any advice will be appreciated.

I was told to briefly skim the passage (read only first sentence of each paragraph) and then look up the answers to each question by skimming the passage for key words from the question. Ive been getting practice scores around 20 on Achiever. You should try to do some practice though to know about timing esp since they are not all the same level of difficulty.

I don't even pre-read the passage. Pick a keyword from the question and search for that word. Then skim the paragraph/a few sentences in the paragraph to find the answer. If you want, you can read the first sentence of each paragraph early on, to see the structure of the passage, but after searching for each question, you should get a pretty good idea where things would be found. I did this and got a 26 in reading. Definately practice and see what works best for you!

Practice only is needed to find your technique. That being said, do NOT go into it cold. Its not cake, but taking 1-2 sample tests should be sufficient IMO.
