I know that cloze deletion is the way to go in anki because basic cards take a looooooooooooong time to make but i'm having a problem in making cloze deletion cards :

Let's take this for example :

Rifampicine

Pharmacodynamie : Spectre d’action

{{c1::Cocci gram positif}} :
{{c2::staphylocoques (S. aureus méti-R et méti-S, S. epidermidis)}}
{{c3::streptocoques (S. pneumoniae, S. pyogenes)}}

{{c4::Cocci Gram négatif}} :
{{c5::Neisseria meningitidis}}

{{c6::Bacille gram négatif :}}
{{c7::Haemophilus influenzae}}

{{c8::Bactéries à croissance intracellulaire :}}

{{c9::mycobacterium}}
{{c10::Chlamydia}}
{{c11::Legionella}}
{{c12::Brucella}}

so many things to remember and if i put them all in c1 it's even harder

what should i do ????

Have some of them as c1, some as c2 etc. group then in a way that's logical

can you show me an example : here is the original text

- Cocci gram positif : staphylocoques (S. aureus méti-R et méti-S, S. epidermidis), streptocoques (S. pneumoniae, S. pyogenes)
- Cocci Gram négatif : Neisseria meningitidis

- Bacille gram négatif : Haemophilus influenzae
- Bactéries à croissance intracellulaire : mycobacterium*(M. tuberculosis, M. bovis, M. africanum), Chlamydia, Legionella, Brucella.

M.Tuberculosis*: La rifampicine est bactéricide sur toutes les populations extra- et intra cellulaires de bacilles.

Sa CMI sur le BK est ~ 0,2 mg/L.

Make a different card for each bug or even for each concept for each bug?

Honestly yeah, this is the right answer. The right answer is also "stop being lazy and using cloze for everything." Basic cards >>> cloze for the majority of cards. If you learn how to make decent cards early, it pays off down the road.

While I do think that everyone should start with Basic cards until they learn how to actually make efficient, single-answer cards...once you learn what goes into a good card you can be way more efficient using Cloze for everything. I use Typing for almost every card, because I learn better and hold myself more rigorously accountable when I type the answers out, and the Cloze format works far better for that, esp because it will show Extra explanations on the Back without messing up the typing. There are other workarounds, but...Basic to learn, Cloze after.
