I just got an interview at Wash U. The problem is, I've checked the airlines and I can't get a flight for less than $350, even if I wait until March! This really has me down. Anyway, I'm thinking about passing on the interview, especially since I've already been to Saint Louis to interview at SLU, and Wash U wouldn't accomodate me with an interview when I was there. Can't believe how expensive it is to fly these days.

Did you try Southwest?

How about studentuniverse.com for student fares?

Priceline could be a little dangerous considering that I have to get back quickly for work. Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll give them a shot.

Well, no luck. Still $300, and that's for Providence to Saint Louis. I'm in Boston.

as someone with a buttload of extended family in boston and school in stl, i can say that flying stl to boston (and vice versa) is a pain--and expensive--no matter what you do. but for what it's worth, i've had my best luck w/ studentuniverse.com.
