So like some others on here I can start by saying I did not have the best undergrad. I retook some classes and got my gpa up to 3.0. I applied last cycle and did not get in anywhere or any interviews. So i decided to get a masters and have done alot better think I am at a 3.6 or 3.5 now and also alot of hours in the clinic. I want to apply again this cycle but if i dont get in not sure what to really do with a degree in exercise science.... Nobody tells you that you cant do anything with that in school lol. My gre was average as I didnt have much time to study for it as I was busy retaking classes before I applied last time

As someone with a vey similar situation I can shed some light to your current position. I was in the same boat with an average GRE, somewhat decent GPA, good amount of hours, and a bachelors degree in exercise science.. I was denied by 8 schools my first time around with no shot with any interviews. After all those denials I picked myself back up and asked myself how bad did I really want to do this as a profession. 6 months later I pursued my Master's degree in Exercise Physiology where I finished with a 3.85 GPA in the program, obtained my CSCS, and earned more hours in different settings all within a year. I applied this cycle to 9 schools this time around. Despite how good I did in my Master's degree, so far no schools have given me an opportunity for an interview. EXCEPT ONE. That is the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences. I prepared like hell for the interview and really elaborated on my Master's degree and how that prepared me for my future endeavors in a career of physical therapy. With that being said, I got accepted by USAHS and currently am planning to attend this upcoming May (still awaiting 3 other school's decisions). What's great about USAHS is they enroll 50-54 students every Fall, Spring, Summer and if you have a Master's degree they waive your GRE and weigh it very heavily. That is what helped me separate myself. I wish you the best of luck and I hope this helped. Feel free to ask me any questions that you have.

I applied to them last cycle and it was hard to get all my stuff like updated and stuff. i had to call them a couple times cause my application never updated with the stuff I sent in. Did you have any problems with applying to them?

Fortunately I did not. I sent all my stuff in way before the deadline and it turned out okay. When you want your application sent in you have to send an email to confirm it and which term and campus you want it for. That's what I found different than any PTCAS program.
