Hi, I am a reapplicant and recently moved to a state different than my home/college state. I am working full time and am no longer a dependent. Do I still list my home address as my permanent address or do I list both addresses as my current location? Thanks.

Generally, your permanent address is where your parents live. It is the location that if all else fails, mail sent there will eventually get to you. Preferred address is generally where you currently live and where mail will get to you the quickest.

(I'm 99% sure) Permanent address will also be where you are claiming residency.

The application is designed for people who are still in school. They may live in a temporary apartment or on-campus housing. Thus, they'd put that address as their current address, and their parents' address as their permanent address, because that's where they'll be 'living' during breaks (and where their residency is, because they're still considered dependents).

If you are independent, living on your own, and not in school anymore, then your permanent address is your current address. Since you're working and presumably paying taxes, that is also the state of your residency.

For med school application purposes, you may not yet fulfill their definition for an in-state applicant if, for example, you haven't lived and worked there for a year (requirements vary by state, but that 's the most common criteria).
