Hello! I don't post very often here so if this is in the wrong spot please let me know. I am a reapplicant and I really don't want to apply again. So, any suggestions on my school list are more than welcome.
Here is a little bit about me.

URM?: No
Home State: Utah

Stats:
-MCAT: 509 (127,124,127,131) --> 515 (126, 130, 129,130)
-GPA: 3.87
-BCPM GPA: 3.73

Hours:
-Medical Employment Hours: 156 hours (future 1675 hours, I am employed as an EMT and will continue to work there until medical school)
-Service Non-medical Hours: 140 (includes working with a group that helps connect underserved populations to health care, volunteering in the ER)
-Lived in Korea for 2 years as a missionary for my church and did weekly service (about 200 hours). Had 3 leadership positions while in Korea.
-Research for about a year, poster presentation but no publications.
-Medical Volunteer Hours: 370 (EMT for my university and volunteering at a disability center in Ecuador)
-Physician Shadowing Hours: 115 (86 in person, 29 online)
-Division 1 Diver and Dive team captain (3130 hours).
-Did a trip to Ecuador for a month where I lived with a family there, took Spanish classes, shadowed doctors (35 hours), and volunteered at a disability center (30 hours).

TLDR Hours:
-Total Hours:
-Medical Employment: 156 (so far)
-Service Non-medical: 340
-Research for 1 year: 190 hours, no publications, poster presentation
-Medical Volunteer: 370
-Shadowing: 115
-Work Hours: 330

Leadership:
-3 leadership positions in Korea (they are all listed out in my application)
-Division 1 diving team captain

Other:
-Month long trip to Ecuador for shadowing, service, and improve Spanish.
-Lived in Korea for 2 years as a missionary for my church.
-Division 1 diver for my university (3130 hours)

WedgeDawg Score: B level (about a 75)

That is a very shortened version of my application. Here are the schools I am thinking of applying to. Any thoughts are more than welcome!

"Target" Schools (average MCAT for OOS, and OOS% acceptance according to MSAR):
1) Temple (511, 59%)
2) Uniformed Services University (511, 89%)
3) George Washington (512, 96%)
4) U of Wisconsin (512, 28%)
5) Wake Forest (512, 70%)
6) Virginia Commonwealth (513, 41%)
7) Georgetown (513, 94%)
8) U of Miami (514, 51%)
9) U of Utah (514, In State) *Already applied to and finished secondary
10) Thomas Jefferson (515, 68%)
11) Tufts (515, 77%)
12) U of Colorado (515, 51%) *Already sent in a primary
13) Einstein (516, 45%)
14) Emory (516, 76%)
15) Ohio State (516, 37%)

Possible Reach Schools (not going to apply to all of these, maybe 4-5)
1) Mayo (pretty far reach, but shoot your shot right?) (520 I'm in mid 10th percentile, 88%)
2) Stanford (same as above haha) (518 I'm in mid 10th percentile, 56%)
3) Pittsburg (518 I'm in mid 25th percentile, 59%)
4) UCLA (517, I'm in high 25th percentile, 34% is this too low to apply to?)
5) Mount Sinai (519 I'm bottom of 25th percentile, 65%)
6) Duke (519 I'm in mid 10th percentile, 79%)
7) Michigan Ann Arbor (519 I'm in mid 10th percentile, 61%)

Any suggestions to a few schools that have an average MCAT of 510 or lower that are OOS friendly would be greatly appreciated!

Also my primary application has been verified and I have applied to U of Utah and completed the secondary. I have also sent a primary to U of Colorado. I am just trying to nail down the rest of my schools, but I am nervous because I don't want to apply again! @Goro @gonnif @LizzyM @gyngyn any thoughts are very appreciated!

Long story short:
-What do you think of my medical school list? Suggestions?
-Any suggestions for schools with an MCAT of a 510 or lower that are OOS friendly?
-Some schools on MSAR say they don't accept online classes (specifically Georgetown and Mount Sinai) I took a couple of classes through my university that were done online. Does that mean that they don't count? If so is there a way to petition this?

Thanks again!

1) Temple (511, 59%)
2) Uniformed Services University (511, 89%) ARE YOU AWARE OF THE SERVICE COMMITTMENT??
3) George Washington (512, 96%)

I suggest the above and add the following: U VM, Seton Hall, SLU, Creighton, Loyola, Rosy Franklin, NYMC, Drexel, Albany, TCU/UNT, NOvaMD, EVMS, Hofstra, Tulane and a few DO schools as insurance (suggest AZCOM, TUNCOM, DMU, UIW, Touro-CA, both Westerns, PacNW)

@Goro thank you for the reply! And I am aware of the service commitment. I am definitely considering it. I have not fully decided, but I could see myself in the military long term. There are many things regarding the lifestyle that I find appealing. I will look into those other schools. Thanks again!

Did I miss the OP's list of DO schools, if they are intent on not being a reapplicant again? OP: what happened and what is different (other than the MCAT score)? (Thank you for your service??) Did you ask the schools who don't accept "online" courses about the courses you are worried about... before you applied?

OP did not include DO schools. As a reapplicant, I would suggest them and would agree with Goro’s suggestions. You could try PCOM as well as Campbell (has a Christian background).

Does not seem like the service was related to the military and was predominantly connected to a religious mission.

That is correct, the service was religious. And I will look into those DO schools. I am not very familiar with DO schools so that list was very helpful.

Since I last applied I did a lot more shadowing, got a better MCAT score, volunteered for about a year with underserved groups to help get them healthcare, and got a job as an EMT on an ambulance. And the online classes were not a problem last cycle because I did not apply to those schools.

Update: Georgetown online classes are not a problem (I looked at my transcript and looked at their site and they have a special COVID clause, and my courses line up with that clause). I emailed Mount Sinai and will hopefully hear back from them.
