Research :
~ 200 hours in an ochem lab. Ended in a poster that I presented at my university.
Volunteering (clinical) – include hours/sites:
Projected 220 hours on AMCAS, still on track to hit that.
All clinical volunteering done at a hospital with a 50/50 split between ER and Nursing Unit
Physician shadowing – include hours/specialties:
56 hours split among various specialties.
Radiologists, OB/GYN, Thoracic Surgeon, Anesthesiologist
Non-clinical volunteering:
400+ hours with my community center doing events such as community cleanups, soup kitchens, food drives, clothing drives as well as events like field days and such.
Employment history:
Worked as a student tech all 5 years as an undergrad. I was originally a different major and didn't switch to premed till the beginning of my 4th year. Worked on tons of projects and had a lot of leadership, communication and coordination experience. I also had to work out of necessity due to my parents financial situation and my father getting laid off.

I currently work full time in a similar role once again to help my family out.

I'd greatly appreciate any feedback or criticism from anyone. I'll increase my school list and try to cast a wider net. I'm planning on applying DO this summer which I think was a mistake not to last summer, I just didn't have the money around to do so. I think I tried to play it safe with my PS and ended up being generic. Definitely plan on rewriting my PS and experiences and secondaries to have a unified cohesive narrative. I've been looking into SMP or Postbac programs like Drexel's but I'm not sure if that would be my best option. Let me know what you guys think.

I would reapply with an expanded school list + DO. Don't reapply to the schools that have flat out rejected you. You have a competitive GPA and MCAT- I'm really not sure why you only received 3 IIs.
Any suggestions as to what my school list should look like?

You should private message one of the adcom members on SDN, such as Goro - I'm not going to be your best resource there.
