Looking for some help building a school list. Pic attached is what admit.org spit out based on my stats.

cGPA: 3.86 sGPA: 3.92
MCAT: 518 (130/128/130/130)
UT, ORM, strong ties to VA/CO
BYU

725 paid clinical (derm, endo)
1950 paid nonclinical (TA, other jobs)
1050 volunteer
2 gap years (LDS mission, 600 service hours from this included in the 1050)
350 research (3 presentations, 1 international presentation in August, working on 1st author pub)
65 shadowing (ortho, gensurg, derm, ent)
Club president

Various grants/scholarships (couple merit, couple for research)
Only 3 LoR, but cover several roles each & all very strong
Also wondering if TMDSAS is worth it? Everything is filled out but the 2 extra essays which I can get done within the next few days.

What is the breakdown by hours and activities of your non clinical volunteering?

600 hours on LDS mission. Included just about everything you can think of (moving pipe in potato fields, helping immigrant couples get married, food bank, english class for hispanic immigrants). 150 hours Physical Education with elementary school kids with disabilities, 300 hours school club working with people with disabilities.

Wasn't in TX for my mission. Don't have very strong ties beyond a ton of friends that love it out there. Have heard good things about the schools, and I enjoy TX whenever we visit.

In all honesty, I haven't found my advisement center to be all that helpful. Haven't gone to them for much beyond some general questions.
