In AACOMAS it doesn't specify whether to include medical school grades or not and SGU is not coming up in the accredited list. Should I still send a transcript to AACOMAS or ignore it?

I'm curious, may I ask, why are you leaving SGU?

I can list a thousand reasons for leaving SGU.

I can list one reason for staying: Guaranteed MD if you do your work.

Are you telling the schools you went to SGU?

If not, what are you going to say if they ask you what have you done since last year to make yourself a better applicant?

There's your problem.

Reapplying while currently in an MD program, accredited or not, is a much more delicate issue than you realize. I'd seek out some advice from folks who have done it before.

You have to divulge your attendance at SGU. The AACOMAS website says:

List all colleges and universities attended or currently attending, whether for degree programs or for coursework not leading to a degree. Include foreign colleges unless the foreign college was attended as part of a study away program and course work appears on the transcript of the sponsoring U.S. college or university. Failure to list all colleges and universities may delay processing of your application and may be considered a violation of your application certification agreement.
