Reasonable hours/reference timeline?

So my application is almost done but I'm applying early decision and I want to make sure I get everything in on time. I currently am waiting on hour verification from two PTs and a reference from one of them. The thing is it has been about 10 days since ptcas has sent the hour and reference requests and I haven't heard anything back from them. I emailed them both about 3 days ago to make sure to look out for the email since it should have sent to them a while ago but I still didn't get any reply.

My question is, how should I approach this without being annoying and what do you feel is a reasonable timeline for them to get it done? I really need these hours and reference somewhat soon.

Did you inform your references before hand that you were using them for LORs? they might just be working on your LOR and writing a good one usually takes a bit of time.

It's only one of the PTs that I'm asking a reference from and he definitely knows. we talked about it a couple times. I'm kind of concerned about the complete lack of communication despite me emailing them.

I would call by like this Wednesday if you don't hear back from them. Just because it is time sensitive etc. Or I would email again.
