So as I understand, there's no personalized letters for the PASS application? Is it literally just a form where you check the boxes and write a few things?

My letter writer prepared a long letter for me last year, and he told me it turned out to be an evaluation form + a box where you can copy and paste the letter, but there was a character limit and he had to shorten it I think
