A quick question. Can I get the letters sent to Interfolio then send them to the AAMC through Interfolio when I apply? Is this how it works? Also, if I took a pass or no pass class (course that I TAed for and got units for TAing but no letter grade) and got a rec letter, does it count as science course rec letter?

Unsure about first question (I think yes?). For the second, in general science letters should come from courses in which you were a student. Did you TA without taking that class?

TAing itself was a course. "Teaching biology" or something

2)I don't think a teaching practicum is count as a science course, unless the course number is specific, ex BIOL421, then you can argue that it is.
