SMPs require the same letters as med schools do right? where you need 2 science + 1 nonscience + 1 lab

what if you dont have 2 science recs? (dont have As in the classes where the professors write recs, etc)

not all SMPs may be the same. you should check them individually. in general, most requires 1 science prof LOR.
