Received Secondary in August.. Turn In Now?

I received secondaries from two schools in August but I received quite a bit of interviews so I never turned them in. I was accepted to a school that looks great but is just too rural.

Would I have a chance in I turn them in now or would they most likely reject me because I waited?

They are pretty low. 3.1, 3.4 25P.

I wouldn't. But the cycle has left me dirt poor so maybe I'm a bit jaded.
