How do you recommend studying for this beast of an exam?
What would you do more during dental school to maximize learning for this exam?
Also, do you think that schools that incorporate medical school classes in their curriculum (i.e. Columbia, Harvard, UConn, Stony Brook) have a particular advantage? Or is the ADAT's focus more on dental clinical sciences?

It really is simply part I and part II put together. It sucks

I just read an ADA presentation that said they are expecting the first offering of the INBDE to be in 2020, so it's a ways out. It's a bit ridiculous though. There is no reason why they couldn't retool the scoring to serve as a valid metric for post grad admissions, as well as for general licensing, negating the need for the ADAT. Just look at the USMLE. The ADAT will just be another way for them to take your money.
