hiiii everyone. please post if you have got interview call from U PENN recently..... like in october........ anyone knows how many students have been already accepted to U PENN..... they have 26 seats for 2010 class.......lets analyse our chances!!! please reply.......:xf:

Congrats for your interview!! Did you get an email or phone? Or did you first come to know about the interview via postal mail?

My Stats = NBDE 1 - 85/ TOEFL - 104 / ECE - 3.4 + lot of experience in home country/US/Canada. Good luck to everyone..

i got a rejection from u penn without an interview and received the mail yesterday. all the best to u guys for ur interviews at upenn.

I haven't got any call for an interview from UPenn yet.

DO I take it for granted then that I won't hear from them? 😕

Called today to check what is going on with them....!!!
According to Sharon, they still have a lot of applications to review and yes they are still sending the interview invites...!!!

thts really good news.....but any idea how many students have already been accepted??? anyone recently been accepted?? are they going to conduct interviews till december???!!!😕

hiii i had called up in U Penn today........they said anyone whose application is under review may hear by next week......and they are going to conduct interviews only till 1st december!!! :meanie:

Iam a graduate Dentist frm India.
I got an interview call from UPENN yesterday and is scheduled on Dec 1st.. Anybody with me on the same day...??
And FYI,since Iam familiar with the anxiety,when ever I saw a post with Interview call..So didnt want to keep you guys waiting for my reply...
My stats are,
NBDE 90
Toefl 105,
3yrs Teaching exp to Dental and Medical students,
1.5yrs Exp at an Orthodontist's clinic,
A gold medal in BDS,
Presently persuing MBA in Health Care..
And I applied on the last day of deadline Sep15th.
With this said...I always have craved,pray n hope to make it into PAAS program of UPENN..
Please help me convert my interview call into an admission offer.

I think u got a gr8 CV already... just put up ur best self.
PRACTICE before the interview..draw up answers to common questions. be confident. u made it so far..now go for gold!!!
 
I called UPENN today and they said they have posted letters on 29th OCT
Still waiting and feeling tense
Does UPENN call for IV via phone or postal mail

Are these the interview letters they sent out or both intrvw and rejectn letters?

Well if they were posted Oct 29th, so they must have been arrived earlier.. cause it doesn't take more than 5 days to arrive to any place in the States , and it has been like 7 days!

I stay in Canada ,so it takes about 10-12 days
Anybody else got any letters recently?
 
When I called them day b4 my application was still lying on the desk I guess, Sharon informed me that it is still being reviewed not sure how long this wait is going to take and what the result is going to be...!!

i really dont understand what is happening........if the letters were posted on 29th Oct then someone atleast might have got it??? here just one post shows that someone has an interview call on 1st Dec............but wt abt the rest???!!!😕
 
i got mine today. posted on 2nd.. the didn't call me for IV.
part 1 86. fresh grad.

I agree with you.. i too am familiar with BombayBDS's comments everywhere. I am sure everyones hardwork will pay off. Its just the matter of time. Meanwhile words of encouragement will make this journey easier. Never give up..

i recieved the applicn completed on 23rd,i got an email asking for my MBA transcripts on 20th october...and another email on 3rd November inviting me for interview...and they mentioned that December 1st was the only and last date i guess,available with them for interviews... even i was under the assumption that UPENN only corresponds through regular mail... i was surprised too..
and Im presently residing at OKLAHOMA CITY...doin MBA here from OCU..

I'm still hanging in there Haven't received anything yet...!! When I called earlier today, I was informed my application is still with the review board...!!
