Recommendation letter for pharmacy twch

I have a super tech that has asked me for a recommendation letter for a scholarship . I want to write her the best recommendation letter possible as she has helped us a lot in the pharmacy. She is fast,accurate and knows how to do everything. In my 6 years as a pharmacist i have yet to work with a tech that is more capable at working under pressure while providing good service than her.
If you have written recommendation letter for your techs,please feel free to provide me a good sample.

A good LOR would be personal that would highlight their attributes with examples. Don't forget to include why your super tech is the best candidate to receive the scholarship
