So I was asking my professor for a recommendation letter for a school I want to apply to. She said yes, but she also wants my CV or resume, transcript, and a statement of purpose to be able to write the letter better.

I was just wondering for the CV, would it be addressed to the reccomender? Or is it to the college?

Also is it okay to ask the same professor for recommendation letters to multiple colleges? I feel nervous to ask for so many.

CVs aren’t addressed to anyone, they are about you and don’t reference who they are being sent to

They should make you a neutral letter recommending you for admission to med school, have them send it to interfolio (google it, get an account) and interfolio will handle sending it to schools

It's just a CV, you don't need to address it to anyone.

Assuming you are applying to dental school, letters of recommendation are not school specific. Only one should be written by a single professor that recommends you for dental school in general.
