Recommendations letters from Manipal

Hi there,

i would like to hear from ex-manipalites about recommendation letters from our college faculty & dean.

Is it mandatory that i need to travel all the way to manipal to get the letters or can i represent my family members with all documentation and certificates for obtaining the letters of recommendation?

last time ( july 2007) i was in India and personally met the dean & faculty and managed to get some letters.

I need your thoughts about this...

Naa just fax the college an authority letter in name of your junior or parents or friends whosoever is going to collect those letters.
