Depends on your otologists and how they trained. If they are from the House coaching tree, Brackmann is great. I also like Fisch's Tympanoplasty, Mastoidectomy, and Stapes surgery for chronic ear stuff and he has another text Microsurgery of the Skull Base for neurotologic approaches.
The Stanford ent atlases have been great for otology and Neurotology stuff during residency. And much of it is free. Not sure if the associated book you can buy from Jackler and the illustrator that works with him would be impressively even more helpful. But, I find the topography between strictures in these illustrations to be very accurate.
