CP: ASCP Quick Compendium for clinical pathology
Intro AP: Molavi - the practice of surgical pathology (very basic, read within first 2 weeks); also Quick Reference Handbook for Surgical Pathologists.
Surg path subspecialties: Whatever books have nice photos with text you can actually get through. The major textbooks like Rosai and Sternberg are of limited daily utility, but most people still have a copy. Diagnostic Pathology is a nice but expensive series many people like. WHO classification for each organ system is probably the most useful. Expert consult also isn't bad.

Some people like Rapini for skin, but I think it's the most useless textbook ever.
