Washington Plaza close to downtown, not such a good neighbourhood but has good amenities. Shadyside apartments are either rented by owners or rental companies such as Walnut Capital, Franklin West, Mozart Realty, Kamin Realty etc. Ruskin and Webster Hall are the places to stay on campus hope this helps
