Recommended Upper Level Bio Classes?

Switching majors to a non-science and planning a minor in biology. What are some upper level science courses that you would recommend to give me a better science/pre-med background? I'd like to take a few classes in science outside the pre-reqs

Mammalian Physiology was really helpful for MCAT prep. Biochemistry was helpful as well, and most med schools strongly recommend taking it anyway.

Genetics, Cell Bio, Microbiology, but yeah, def Anatomy & Physiology and Biochemistry.

Awesome. My school's minor in bio requires genetics, cell bio, microbio, and biochem. I can take anatomy as an approved elective. Thanks so much!

I was a non science major and took biochem, cell bio, and a+p. I thought all of these classes were good ones to take, especially biochem.
