Reference for Pediatric Medicine/Treatment?

I'm going to be starting my Emergency Medicine rotation at Children's Medical Center in 3 weeks & I'm super nervous because we never learned a whole lot about pediatric dosing/treatment in school. Does anyone know of a useful pocket reference for pediatric dosing or even advice that might be useful to me in a peds hospital setting?

Pediatric Dosing Hand Book by Carol Taketomo...my first pharmacy manager ever... who told me I suck at filling medication carts but one day could make a fair manager. There are 2 versions..one is the pink formulary at CHLA..smaller book and the other is the Lexi-Comp verions with Jane Hodding.

The dude I rotated with at the WVU ED used the Harriet Lane Handbook. It has good dosing, protocols, procedure, and general disease management references.
