How do the references work for each specific schools requirements once your app is submitted?

For example, if School A requires a PT reference and an academic reference, yet you have 2 PT references on and an academic ref submitted for your app-- how are the specific letters selected by PTCAS or the school?

For example, if School A requires a PT reference and an academic reference, yet you have 2 PT references on and an academic ref submitted for your app-- how are the specific letters selected by PTCAS or the school?

The school has access to all of them. PTCAS does not make sure you have the required letters for each school you apply to; the schools do that (side note: follow the instructions for schools! We rejected a few last year because they did not have the required people write LOR). We read them all, but that may differ school to school.
