Are there any doctor loan programs to refinance a 2nd home where I can pull out some equity.

Current mortgage is 400K, paid 500K. Did an extensive renovation and now worth about 900K.
Are there any doctor loans where I can do a Jumbo refinance, and pull out 80+% in equity?
