Regarding BS/MS Programs

I'm currently a third year with a 3.4 GPA (Spring quarter right now so I still have 1 more year after this!) and I am wondering whether to do a post-bac to raise my GPA or do a BS/MS Program (for UCSD)... I'm asking since I don't think a BS/MS program relates to the special masters program. 🙁
