Two questions:

My scenario is that I took calculus as a freshman, got an F, retook the same course as a freshman, got a D. Would the D replace the F? I'm asking if the policy only applies to grades of C or above or something.

Second: if I retake calculus at a different school, would it be possible for that calculus class to replace the D from that former calculus class? How would they check to see that the calculus classes are the same?

Thanks y'all.

Thank you for the swift reply. My hopes are higher now. How do i double-check the equivalency of the courses?
Both schools are CUNY's, so i can use their only database called CUNY e-tips, but I think I've already done that and it wasn't able to compare the two courses. Might there be another way that you know of?
